flower cupcake ice cream cone

yeay!arini ija telah berjaya membuat 1 cupcake..hasil pindaan dari resipi devils food cupcake ice cream cone yang diambil dari rancangan.hehe..
walaupun ade yg buruk sket.hehe....sebab aiskrim kon tu ade yg blubang.hehe..tp ade yg success.hehe...cupcake ni..leh ikot citarasa sndiri...tadi..baru lepas test rasa..bg sedara test.haha..die kate macam lain macam..errkk..tapi mcm sedap je..hahha!haha..ingt nak ltk kat cupcake tu nk ltk buttercream...tapi..disebabkan tlmpau hangat di pasaran..xsempat nk ltk pn..da makan malam ni.haahah!xpela.next time baru ija try ltk buttercream kt ats..hee~
so..bagi spe2 yg nk try resipi ni..silakan lah yeee....1st try ni agak manis....so...bg spe2 yg xsuke manis....dimohon agar kurgkn gula ye....sbb..manis kotttt....tapi klu korg sume wt n manis ag..kurgkn la ag lepas tu.aha!

Ingredients: For the Cake: 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped 1-cup butter 1.5 cups brown sugar 1-tablespoon vanilla 6 eggs 1-cup cocoa 2 dozen flat-bottomed ice cream cones For the Marshmallow “Ice Cream” topping: 24 large marshmallows 2 cups of water 2 cups of sugar 1 cup of corn syrup 4 packages of gelatin 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon of other optional flavour extract, lemon, orange, rum Method: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. For the Cake: Melt the chocolate and butter together in a medium bowl set over a simmering pot of water. Remove from the heat and stir in the sugar, vanilla, eggs and cocoa. Mix well. Place ice cream cones on a baking sheet and fill with batter, leaving a small space at the top to allow for the rising of the cake. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool completely before adding the marshmallow. For the Marshmallow: Pour the water, sugar and syrup into a small pot. Sprinkle the gelatin over the surface of the mixture and gently whisk the mixture until the gelatin and sugar dissolves. Bring the mixture to a simmer, heating it just long enough to melt the gelatin and sugar. It does not need to come to a simmer but it does need to get hot to the touch. Rub some of the mixture between your fingers. If it does not feel gritty and the mixture is very hot move on to the next step. Add the vanilla and optional flavoring and using a stand mixer begin whipping the mixture on high. At this point you have two options. You may whip until the marshmallows look like soft whipped cream and the bowl feels cools to the touch then pour it into a lightly oiled 9x13 baking pan until it sets then cut it into squares. You may also continue whipping until the marshmallow resembles a stiff meringue and easily holds its shape in stiff peaks then pipe it out. As the marshmallow cools the gelatin begins to firm up allowing the mixture to absorb air and increase in volume. To test the degree of whipping dip, a spoon into the mixture then remove it and invert it. Watch how the mixture slumps off the spoon. For best results it should be beaten past the point that it holds a soft peak almost to the point that it has stiffened and holds a stiff peak… Working quickly spoon the marshmallow into a zippered plastic bag and cut off one corner. Pipe onto top of ice cream cones, and garnish with candy sprinkles.

ni tjadi semalam...tepat jam 8.00 malam..kami berempat(ija,along,mahira,adina) telah ditinggalkan di umah...sebab?
sebab....mak n ayah nk g berjoli kt midvalley, karok ngn kwn2 dorg...huh..
sggup tu tggalkan anak2 kt uma malam2..ish2..so bahaya...haha..(-_-")
ija...dengan keadaan yg sgt bosan....telah mdapat 1 idea agak bgus.huhu..iaitu....memakai celak kt mata akak..pada awalnye la..sebabnye...ija nak try wat gaye cam sorg artis pkai celak kt mate die..xingt da sape name...
so..try la kt mate akak..menjadi la jugak..dan agak berbangga dengan pencapaian tu.haha..
sebelah gaye lain..sebelah mate ag gaye lain...kemudian...selepas berpuas ati..sy cube apply kat mate sy lak..
n hasilnye..agak memberansangkan.hehe..kemudian....akhirnyaaa......sy dapat 1 ag idea..iaitu melukis corak di tepi mate akk..nk wt konon2 cm akar2 la..bg nampak dramatik sket..tp xtaw nape tgn ni gatal sgt..lukih smpai 1 muke akk.hehe..ade lah jugak yg akk buat sndiri..
then...ija pun dijadikan mangsa pembalasan..kene gak lukih2 kt muke..ehehe..
dan ni lah hasilnye....


memang tgelak sakan la kami kt depan cermin...da macam org baru lepas sakit jiwa teringin nk pkai make up di muka..tapi da terlebey suda..jadi mcm tu...mcm gak 1 pepatah ni..'bagai monyet dapat bunga'.....'bagai kami mendapat celak'..errr...kene la tu.haha..
so..lpas da puas conteng2 kt muke...kitorg buat keputusan nk anta gmbr2 muke kami kt ayah...bia die tgk cmne rupe kami akibat ditinggalkan..hehe..

sementara itu..adik2 ija duk seronok karok kt ats rumah...dengan suara nye..heeeeeee..(-_-")
suara ija ag sedap kot?hahaha!
tapi ayah x bls2 pn mms ija tu...
so..tggu pny tggu..kol 1 lebeh baru dorg balik..amboi...karok sakan tu...haha...
tny la ayh psl gambar..rupenye..xdpt pn..hampeh tol nye celcom!!buang duit ija je...ish!

aritu...semasa tgk akk duk kemas2 brg2 die...ija ternampak gambar2..yang membuat ija trus tkenang zaman kecik2 dlu..then ija g tgk blk album2 kt library mini yg ade gambar2 kami time dulu2 kala...so cute la..hehehe...

dulu2..sgt indah menjadi dak kecik kan..kite xperlu risaukan ape2..mayb la kene riso sket kot..psl safetykan.hehe..

tapi..zaman kecik..sgt besh...1 in a lifetime kite dapat rse mende tu...

mak cakap..ija ni plg ssh mase kecik..hehe...

besela..anak kedua..ade otak die sndiri..(mmg sume pn ade otak sndiri kn..pelik2 je..)

hehe..ija agak degil time kecik..sekarang pn sebenarnye.hehe..tp dulu ag dasat la..kalau ija tgh mara..ija akan melenting..n campak brg2 dlm uma..ayah cakap..time tu jgn la ganggu ija...tp..xdela pe2 brg yg rosak..hehe..jus baling2 je..

n kalau degil sgt...ayah akan tarik ija...msuk toilet.hehe...n akibatnye..

sy disimbah air...fuh2...dulu kecik mmg takut...nanges2 la kan..tp bile besa cm bes lak dpt pengalaman cmtu..bkn sng nk kene simbah ngn ayah.hehe..n ayah akn kurung ija dlm toilet..smpai ija da insaf la kot..wuwu..byk kali da kene cmtu..skng je x ag.hehe..

pe2 pn..dulu...ija kne truk je bile dtg part hafal sifir..bdak2 mane la yg suke hafal sifir kan.huhu..xtaw la klu ade.tp ija x..dulu la...

ija slalu didera hafal sifir..haha..smpaikan..naik kete pn kene hafal ngn ayah..n kalau sala..kene stat blk..mmg tiap kali nk bace sifir..msti slalu nanges...takut kot..tkot kene mawa.haha..tp..ade kebaikannye..ija trus ingt smpai skng.haha~

lgi2 kalau time ngaji..ija plg suke ngaji ngn mak..sbb xperlu nangis.hehehe...klu dgn ayah..konpem nanges..sbbnye..sore ija slow time tu..n ayh bising.suruh kuat sikit.hehehe..sbb die ckp time xngaji leh lak sore kuat..ni bkn men slow.hehe..klaka2..

dulu..time blaja2 kat england mse ija umo 6 tahun...ija ni gatal la sket kot..haha...xtaw la ikot perangai sape..tp ija n sorg kawan ni name Rose akn ikot sorg dak laki yg same kelas ngn akak..haha..time rehat la...ish2....pastu..ija ni time kecik..xpndai lari sgt...slalu sgt jatuh...baikje lutut..nanti mesti jatuh lagi..hehe..dak kecik kan..suke lari..

time skola kecik2 dulu..if ade cikgu pompuan mengajar..ija pasti akan tgk kasut die..akn perhatikan the way she dressed up..hehe..smpai 1 ketika cikgu tu perasan...n gtaw kat my parents..sangat malu time tu...wuwu...tp tula habit ija dulu kala n mungkin sikit skng...haha..

dulu..suke kumpul patung barbie..tp sejak ija tdgr kisah barbie leh idup mlm2..ija jdi takut..huhu..then..everynite..ija akan cabut sume kepala,tangan n kaki dorg..n letak di lain2 tempat..dengan harapan..kalau btol tu tjdi..dorg xkn jmp bhgian bdn2 dorg..n xkn idup la.hehe..

n bile siang..ija akan psg blk..n main ngn dorg..hehe..

hurm..nk cite sume..mmg xlarat la..huhu..tapi..old times..sgt besh...tgelak2 bile sekali skala 1 family bkumpul..n cite blk mende2 ni...seronok sgt..cm nk undur blk mase..tp..xleh kan..owh..doraemon..i need u..hehe~

sekarang..cm xsngke dlm masa beberapa bln..ija akn jdi dewasa..tiada lagi belasan2..tp puluh2..huhu..

dulu...xyh riso sgt tentang idup ni..tapi skng..byk kene pikir..smpai leh effect my own life..ilangnya kawan2...datangnya kawan baru..hurm..tp..ija tetap suke dengan idup ija...sepahit kopi kt mcd....semanis gule kt bdn ija ni yg asek kene geget nyamuk....hehe...sy sgt bersyukur..

da la..penat da tulih pjg2...later mater..lala..papai~~

2 ari ni..akan berusaha keras menghabiskannya dengan sebaik mungkin.hehe..

pagi tadi ija g jog ngn akak keliling taman rumah..fuh2..penat..

owh..lupe lak..dengan itam jugak..(kucin)..tp die byk sgt pit stop nye..so xlarat nk tggu ija tggalkan je die.hehe..

cume..cam xberbaloi je jog pagi td tu...sebab pastu mak ajak g makan nasi lemak lak.haha..so cam..lemak terbakar tu cm xde sgt kot..kehkeh..
